Our latest endeavor, the customization of the Centy Polo, presented a unique and exciting challenge. The project commenced with a customer providing a reference image of their extensively modified vehicle. We began with a standard Centy Polo diecast model and meticulously transformed it to mirror the customer’s car. This involved significant modifications, including altering the stock front and rear bumpers, adding extra lights to the bumper grill, and replacing the front grill with a custom 3D-printed version featuring a distinctive Volkswagen logo.
The headlights were another focal point of this project, entirely designed in CAD and 3D printed, then painted in a sleek black shade with chrome effects on the reflector. One of the customer’s primary requests was for custom alloy wheels, which we redesigned and 3D printed to match the original car precisely. Additionally, the side mirrors were recreated using 3D printing technology, ensuring every detail was captured. The tail lamps underwent extensive reworking to replicate the original design accurately.
The final touches included a striking red metallic paint job complemented by a black roof design, creating a visually appealing finish. We also added custom lettering on the front glass to complete the model’s authenticity. This project not only showcases our ability to meet specific customer requirements but also highlights our commitment to precision and detail in creating high-quality customized models.
